MRS MARY ELIZABETH GRAVES EXPIRES AT HOME

Mrs Mary Elizabeth Graves, 55, a resident of Silsbee for over 20 years died in her home in Silsbee, early Sunday morning following a heart attack. Mrs. Graves had been ill for several days, and Sunday morning shortly after 12:30 o'clock went to the door to let her dog in the house. A short time later she died.

Mrs. Graves was a hard working and conscientious woman, having borne most of the burden of raising her children after the death of her husband a number of years ago. She was a native of Temple Texas.

Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon a 4 o'clock in the Farmer Funeral Home Chapel by the Rev. C. B. Bass pastor of the Central Baptist Church officiating. The body was sent to Temple for burial there Monday.

Surviving relatives are three sons, Wayne, Clarence and Jim Graves all of Silsbee; three daughters, Misses Annie Ruth and Mary Lee Graves and Mrs. Nellie Sirmons, all of Silsbee; her mother Mrs Cynthia Fritz of Temple; three sisters, Mrs. O. L. Vance and Mrs. W. J. Hardin both of Temple and Mrs. O. O. Moore; one brother, J. E. Fritz of Temple and one grandchild.
