Agnes M. Augustyniak, age 91, of Sherwood, OH and formerly of Buckingham St. and Hamilton St. in Toledo, OH, passed away on Monday, November 10, 2008, at the Defiance Inpatient Hospice Center surrounded by her loving family. She was born on January 20, 1917, in Toledo, OH, to Stanislaw and Wladyslawa (Puczynska) Wesolowski. A devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great- grandmother, and homemaker, Agnes began working as a seamstress for Toledo Glove at age 16 and remained there for many years, retiring in 1980. She was a former parishioner of St. Stanislaus Catholic Church and member of the church's Altar and Rosary Society. She was also a member of the Scott Park Mothers and Daughters organization. Agnes was preceded in death by her husband, Stanley Augustyniak in May of 1967. Survivors include her daughters, Christine (John) Vollmer of Bryan, OH and Sandy (Joseph) Sobczak of Toledo; sister, Virginia Przybylski; brother, Melvin Wesolowski; grandchildren, Kelly Wonderly, Donna Mann, Joe Sobczak IV, Scott Vollmer, Craig Sobczak, Brian Sobczak, and Tony Vollmer; and 12 great-grand-children. In addition to her husband and parents, Agnes' grandson, "J. J." Vollmer preceded her in death. Family and friends may visit on Thursday from 5-8 p.m. and Friday from 2-8 p.m. at the Sujkowski Funeral Home Northpointe, 114-128 East Alexis Rd., where members of the Regina Coeli Catholic Church Altar Rosary Society will lead a Rosary at 4 p.m. Funeral Services will begin on Saturday at 9:30 a.m. in the funeral home and continue with the Funeral Mass in Regina Coeli Church at 10 a.m. Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery. Memorial donations may be given to the Defiance Inpatient Hospice Center, 06817 St. Rte. 66 N., Defiance, OH 43512
