Mrs. Dickherber was a homemaker. She was a member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in New Melle and a former member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Cottleville where she was a member of Ladies Sodality.
She is survived by four daughters, Alice Willott of Mexico, Mo., Brenda Dickherber and JoAnn Dickherber, both of O'Fallon, and Lilly Luth of St. Charles; three sons, Denis Jr. of New Florence, Jerry of Silex and Leroy of O'Fallon; two sisters, Lucille Dorais of O'Fallon and Matilda Callahan of Portland, Ore.; 11 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Denis R. Dickherber Sr.; one daughter, Jeanette; her parents; and five sisters, Catherine Dickherber, Pauline Nesslage, Ida Zerjav, Ursula Wolf and Ann Griesenauer.
A funeral Mass was April 3 at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in New Melle with burial in Our Lady Cemetery in Dardenne Prairie.
Memorials may be in the form of Masses or donations to the American Stroke Association or Arthritis Foundation c/o Baue Funeral Home, 311 Wood St., O'Fallon, 63366.
