BRUSH PRAIRE-A private family service was held Saturday for Henry Carl Bisping a former resident here. Bisping deid Saturday in Vancouver. He was 75.
He lived at 14816 NE Caples Road for the past five years.
Bisping was born April 29, 1906, in Entiat, Wash.
He was retired and had worked at many jobs. For about 10 years, he was employed by Shell Oil Co. He also was an apartment manager.
He is survived by his widow, Madelle (sic) at home, a son Arnold (sic) of Ridgefield, a stepson Kenneth Miller of Edmonds, Wash, four daughters, Ruth Lamphere of Sumner, Wash, and Jeanette Rock, Joan Walker and Edith Wright, all of Kent, Wash, a sister Jane Russell of Friday Harbor, Wash, 22 grandchildren and 31 great-granchildren.
Funeral arrangements were handled by Layne's Funeral Home of Battle Ground.

Henry was cremated and his ashes were spread by stepdaughter Edith Craig and wife Mabelle Fritz on the mountains east of Hockison, WA (Star Mountain).
(Ted Salter & Irene spouse also there on Star Mountain) Some ashes were also put on Art Hanson's Tombstone in Vancouver, WA. "Daddy" on James Edwin Craig's tombstone is for Hank.

Died from cancer.
