Louella Leah (Cummins) Reppert was born on Sept 6, 1915 in Liberty, Clay Co., Missouri to Samuel E Cummins and Mary Laura (Pitts) Cummins.
By 1920 her mother and father had divorced and she and her mother and sister were living with her grandparents in Liberty,by 1930 her mother had remarried and she was living with her sister and her mother and step father in Liberty, she is listed as 14 years old in the 1930 census.
On Aug. 7, 1937 she married Arthur Leroy Reppert, who has come from Kansas City to go the William Jewell College. By this time Arthur has been working for her stepfather in law for a couple of years. In 1940 the census shows that they are living in Liberty and she is a typist for the Abstract Company, her husband is also working there. In Sep of 1942 Louella has her first of 4 children, from that time on for abut 30 years she is a homemaker and raising the 4 children, she was also the part time book keeper for the Abstract/title company.
Later in life after the children are raised she volunteers in many organizations, her church, Meals On Wheels, the Local Hospital and various other groups, all the while supporting her husband in his work and outside activities.
They remain married until his death and she follows him in death on Oct 12 1996 and is laid to rest next to him in the Liberty Cemetery.
