Samuel H. Hape Died Late Monday Night

Samuel Herbert Hape, was the only son of Dr. Samuel and Orvilla (Rogers) Hape. Dr. Hape was the founder of Hapeville and the Atlanta Dental Supply Company. He died at his home Monday night after a long illness.

Mr. Hape was widely known. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge, to which he unselfishly contributed his untiring services. In his early life he was connected with the railway mail service, but lately has been a deputy sheriff of Fulton County.

Mr. Hape is survived by his widow and three sisters: Mrs. Reuben Arnold, Sr., Mrs. Eugene King and Miss Estella Hape, all of Hapeville.

The funeral will be held Wednesday at 11:30 a.m. from the chapel of H. M. Patterson & Son with interment in the family plot at Oakland Cemetery.
