A Geneseo dispatch of Monday to the Rochester papers says: The will of Daniel B. Bosley, late of Livonia, has been admitted to probate, disposing of over $29,000, nearly all in reality. The home farm of 104 acres is left to Fannie and Lucia Bosley, daughters, on condition that they pay $500 to William Bosley, son, now in California, and a similar amount to Flora B, Woodruff, of Livonia. George and Charles R. Bosley are given the 152-acre Barnard farm, Julia McCabe, a daughter, is left the life use of $1,000. The residue of the estate is left to be equally divided among William, Charles and George Bosley, sons, and Fannie, Lucia and Flora. The two last named are chosen as the executrixes.
