Richard Lee Brown, age 69 of Park City, passed away Friday, November 7, 2008 at his residence. He was born July 16, 1939 in Barren County to the late J.L. "Les" Brown and Settie Mildred Shipley Brown. He was a farmer, owner of J. Les Brown Construction, a member of the Kentucky Cattlemen Association and a deacon at Walnut Hill Missionary Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Willa Dean Lobb Brown of Park City; two daughters, Vickie Wheeler of Park City and Rhonda Costlow (Owsley) of Glasgow; two grandchildren, Christopher and Maddie Costlow of Glasgow; two sisters, Nancy Fendell of Lawrenceburg and Doris Hurley (Dale) of Park City; several nieces and nephews. Services will be officiated by Bro. Kelvin Hawkins with burial in the Walnut Hill Cemetery.
