LEBANON - Violet E. Eckert, 90, of Townehouse Apartments, 1111 Reinoehl St., died yesterday at home. She had worked in the garment industry and for the McCrory Store and was a member of Memorial United Methodist Church. She was the widow of Raymond M. Eckert. Surviving are a son, Ray L. of Hershey; four daughters, Esther J. Nye of Campbelltown, Emma M. Long of Annville, Priscilla A. Shober of Havertown and Constance M. Yeagley of Cleona; a brother, Irwin Auman, and a sister, Miriam Auman, both of Quentin; 18 grandchildren; and 26 great-grandchildren. Services will be held at 1 p.m. tomorrow in Rohland Funeral Home. Burial will be in Ebenezer Cemetery. Viewing will be from 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to her church, 1025 Lehman St., Lebanon 17042.
