Thelma E. Steadman, 62, of Mount Dora died Friday, July 5, 2002, in Ocoee. Born in Perry, she moved to Mount Dora in 1950. She was a homemaker and a member of Triumph Brotherhood Church, Mount Dora, and Sisters by Grace. Survivors include her sons, Alvin Flakes of Maryland, Ricardo Steadman of Plymouth, Joseph Dickinson of Prarieview, Texas, Leslie Steadman and Carter Steadman, both of Mount Dora; daughter, Lavondra Steadman of Mount Dora; sister, Clotee White of Mount Dora; brother, Richard Steadman of Perry; 16 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
