I met Charlie at the radio station where I had my first job in high school. He was always light-hearted and joking, a lot of fun to be around. Charlie had a wonderful voice for radio and he was a true gentleman who was deeply committed to living his faith. I was very sorry to learn of his passing.
Charlie served in the United States Air Force for twenty years, including a year in Vietnam. He also worked as a pilot, flight instructor, and flight manager. He was a much loved son, husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. God bless you, Charlie. You will be greatly missed.
