Amanda Berkovich, 43, of Grandview, Mo., passed away after a battle with cancer on Monday, November 24, 2008. Visitation will be held from noon to 1:30 p.m. Saturday, November 29, at Muehlebach Funeral Home, 6800 Troost Ave., Kansas City, Mo., with the funeral service beginning at 1:30 p.m. Interment will be at Forest Hill Cemetery.
Amanda was born October 30, 1965, to John Kelly and Barbara Jean Giamalvo Blum in Kansas City, Mo. She worked for the IRS for 21 years.
She is survived by her parents; daughter Theresa Michelle Berkovich; aunts and uncles Ken and Carol Thorp Blum, Rick and Betty Giamalvo Hill, Chuck and Barbara Wisely Giamalvo, Bob and Chris Palluck Giamalvo; and 17 cousins.
