N. M. Markley, superintendent of bridges and buildings for the P. & E. division of the Big Four railroad, died this morning at 3 o'clock at his home in Arcanum, Ohio, of paralysis. He was 67 years old, and had been with the P. & E. division of the Big Four for forty-two years, superintending the construction of some of the original work.
He was well known to many of the local people.
