He is my older brother. I am the 10th child of our parents. He was the 8th child. The 9th child was a girl and is now a 73 year old woman with 4 children and numerous grandchildren. The 9th child, my older sister, was born January 26, 1943. Vanis’ tombstone has carried the date of birth and death as 1942 ALL of my life and I am 70 years old. Why this mistake was originally made NO one alive knows. The family Bible (which I have) gives his birth year as 1941.
