Surviving are his mother, Ada V. Bowles, of Chillicothe; sisters, Anna Irene Mossbarger, of Waverly and Hazel Jean Bowles and fiancé Tim Freeman, of Chillicothe; nephews, Victor Wright, of S. Salem, Frank E. Wright and his fiancée Robin, of Waverly and Tommy (Betsy) Mossbarger, of Chillicothe; nieces, Sarita (Kevin) Andrus, of Chillicothe, Victoria (Mike) Brown, Angela (Michael) Hicks and Virginia Mossbarger, all of Waverly; several grand nieces and nephews and special friends, Nancy and Curtis Evers and Gerald Hamm, all of Chillicothe. He was predeceased by his father, Earl L. Bowles, a sister, Donna V. Wright, a nephew, Earl Mossbarger and a niece, Tammy Mossbarger.
He had worked at numerous jobs as an equipment operater and he loved dirt racing and coonhunting.
Services were entrusted to Ware Funeral Home of Chillicothe, Ohio.
