MAYFIELD, Ky. — L. Casie Ausenbaugh, 59, of Mayfield died at 5 a.m. Tuesday at his home.

Mr. Ausenbaugh owned Mayfield Machine & Tool. He was a member, deacon, and Sunday School teacher at Trace Creek Baptist Church.

Surviving are his wife, Brenda Baker Ausenbaugh; one son, Shane Ausenbaugh of Mayfield; his mother, Maggie Ausenbaugh of Mayfield; two sisters, Amanda Watkins of Mayfield and Carolyn Watkins of Smithland; and two granddaughters, Kara Ausenbaugh and Madison Ausenbaugh.

He was preceded in death by his father, Casie Ausenbaugh.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Trace Creek Baptist Church with the Revs. Ronnie Stinson Sr. and Ronnie Stinson Jr. officiating. Burial will be in Trace Creek Cemetery.

Friends may call after 4 p.m. today at Brown Funeral Home in Mayfield, and after 11 a.m. Thursday at the church.
