Obituary.
George W. Edgar was born December 26,1838, in Colombia county (sic), Pennsylvania. In 1872 he came to Nebraska and took homestead in Seward county (sic). In April, 1875, he was married to Louise R. Griffin and made Nebraska his home until 1905, when he removed to Oregon, where he remained, until July, 1907, when he returned to his old home near Deweese, where he died September 27, 1907, aged 68 years, and 9 months. He leaves a wife and three sons, Claude R. and Clifford H. of Linn Co., Oregon, and Cal G. of Deweese, Neb., to mourn his loss.
