Mrs. Bertha M. Warner, 92, died at 2:30 a.m. Friday, May 6, 1977 at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Hazel Fregoe, 36 North Allen Street. She had been in failing health for the past several years.
Mrs. Warner was born in Potsdam the daughter of William and Elmira Nero Barclay April 12, 1885. When she was a young girl the family moved to Massena where she attended the local schools.
On February 10, 1902 she married Chester A. Warner. Mr. Warner died February 21, 1962.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Harry (Marion) Kiker, Atlanta, GA; Mrs. Hazel Fregoe, Massena; three grandchildren; also 12 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
