William Howard England, 80, of Idaho Falls died Oct 20, 1983 at an Idaho Falls Hospital. Funeral services were held Monday Oct 24 at 11 a.m. at the Lincoln LDS Third Ward Chapel in Idaho Falls with Bp. Larry Acor officiating. He was buried in the Afton Cemetery, Afton, Wyo.
He was born Sept 15, 1903 in Logan, Utah to samuel Marion and Martha Elizabeth Bench England. He grew up and attended schools in Lofan and worked in his grandmother's grocery store.
He moved to California where he worked for three years. In December 1923 he married Ruth Perry in Logan. They were later divorced.
He married Jensina Constant Eggleston Oct 15, 1932 in Los Angeles, Calif. The marriage was solemnized in the Logan LDS Temple on Oct 10, 1934.
They lived in Idaho Falls where he worked for the Coca-Cola Bottling Company for 18 years. In 1946 they moved to Grover, Wyo. where he served as Afton police chief. He retired in 1970. His wife died in 1974.
He returned to Idaho Falls where he married Sarah Mildred Bee on March 29, 1975. They made their home in Idaho Falls.
He was a member of the LDS Church.
Survivors include his wife Mildred; one son William Blaine England, Sparks, Nev.; two daughters Mrs Ruth Elaine Baranam, Brea, Calif., Mrs Mervyn (Dorothy Jean) Cadematori, Westminster, Calif.; three stepsons, Laron Bee, Bountiful, Utah, Martin L. Bee, Kearns, Utah, Arthur R. Bee, Riverside, Calif.; 20 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; brothers, John England, Ogden; sisters Ruby Young Logan Mrs Ivan(Florence) Coleman of Marvista Calif.
He was preceded in death by a nephew whom they raised, Jesse E. Gudmundson.
