Nina Mullen was married to Ben D. Cowan in September 1925. To this union, 8 children were born: Claude, Elmer, Wallace, Betty, Robert, Nolan, Lillie and Archie Benji. She was born and raised in Arkansas. She had many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren. She lived though a myriad of events, World Wars I and II, Korea, and Viet Nam; electricity was in its infancy. Just think of all the changes this woman saw in the world. She loved her family, and she enjoyed life. She liked to fish, and she liked to quilt. She was a wonderful person who is dearly missed.
