This was my Uncle Billy I really didn't know much about him, since he was taking from my grandmother at the age of 18 yrs old.

He was the oldest child of 6 children of Clevie L Guttery his father was unknown as far as I know.

My grandmother was shot in the back of her head and had short term memory loss, when she finally regain her memory, she was about six month pregnant.

When My Uncle was born he was diagnosed with epilepsy and in those days they didn't know how to treat it, so he was known as handicap.

Later in years when my grandmother had 5 other children, and after her second husband had passed leaving her with six children to raise.

The state took him from her, they put him in Abilene State School where they did experience testing on him to try and treat the condition. The electric shock treatment and other treatments just made it worse until his death in 10/08/1974 when his body just could not take any more.
