Born in Lares, Puerto Rico, Mr. de Victoria served in the U.S. Army Reserves for 20 years. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus, and was a Cartographer at the U.S. Defense Mapping Agency.
Survivors include his wife, Enery Lopez de Victoria Marrero; children, Ileana LiCausi and her husband, Ross, Mark and his wife, Nicole, and James and his wife, Alice; nine grandchildren; brothers and sister, Edelmiro, Ramiro, & Rosa.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Edelmiro & Maria Rosalina Lugo-Lopez de Victoria; brother, Hector, and sisters, Rosalina, Rosario, Luz, & Lillia.
Interment followed funeral services conducted at the New Life Foursquare Church, Frederick, MD; Rev. David Hendershot, presided.
