She was born Nov.19,1919,in Aurora,W.Va.,a daughter of the late George and Ada Teets Wotring.
She was preceded in death by her husband,Troy Auburn Ayers.
She is survived by two sons,Truman A. Ayers,of Rising Sun,Md.,and Randall B. Ayers,of Warwick,R.I.,one daughter,Anna May Sisler,of Aurora,W.Va.,one brother,William Wotring,of Arthurdale,W.Va.,11 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
Mrs.Ayers worked as a housekeeper.
She was involved with the Cornerstone Adult Day Care.
Friends will be received at the Hinkle Funeral Home,Davis,W.Va.,from 4-8 p.m.,Tuesday,March 6.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m.,Wednesday,March 7,at the funeral home.
Burial will follow in Aurora Cemetery.
