Abstract--Thomas A. Shay, 90, died at 2:30 PM Sunday at the home of his son Earl B. Shay at Tunnelton after an illness of 5 days. A son of the late Hugh and Margaret Squires Shay, he was born and lived his entire life in the Newburg vicinity. His wife, Minnie Howard Shay, preceded him in death about 12 years ago. He is survived by one daughter, Mrs. N. B. Bell of Rockville, Md., and one son Earl B. Shay of Tunnelton. Burial was in the Shay's Chapel Cemetery.
