Plainfield, Wisconsin, April 23
The funeral of Mrs L.H. Youngs, one of the early pioneers of the town of Pine Grove, was held at the town hall on Tuesday, with burial in the Plainfield Cemetery, Rev Mr Polly of Pardeeville, a former pastor of the Plainfield Baptist church, conducting the services.
She is survived by her husband and three adult children, Frank Rose of Perkinstown, Taylor county, Mrs Bion Lamberton and Louis Youngs of this community; one sister, Mrs Nettie Rozell of Rib Lake and one brother, Sam Campbell of Fond Du Lac. She was married at Marshfield to Lincoln H Youngs about 48 years ago. The pallbearers were Louis Youngs and Frank Rose, sons; Bion Lamberton, son-in-law; Clifford Lamberton, a grandson, George Nigh and Louis Nigh."
