Lewis H. Donaldson, 61, of Mahomet, died at 2:15 a.m. Monday (Dec. 29, 1975) at Burnham City Hospital, Champaign.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Blair Funeral Home, Mahomet with Rev. Dorotha Russell officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be frm 3 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Funeral home.
Mr. Donaldson was born July 7, 1914 at Arlington, Iowa, son of Seth and Lilly Merrinean Donaldson. He married Rosemary Smith, March 22, 1941, at St. Charles, MO., who survives.
Also surviving are a brother, James, Oelwein; three sisters, Mrs. Mildred Rhoades, California, Mrs. Ruth Postal, Florida, and Mrs. Carolyn Lindgren, Donovan; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, and one sister.
He was employed with the Animal Science Division at the University of Illinois. He was a veteran of the Navy.
