Mrs. Kilzer was born in Seward March 14, 1895, a daughter of William and Amanda McLouth Pickrel, and lived all her life in Seward. Her husband, John, preceded her in death. Her death occurred Dec. 19 at her home.

Surviving are a son, Bill, Seward; 3 daughters, Mrs. James (Vera) Winter, Lincoln; Mrs. John (Nellie) O'Dell, Seward; Mrs. Ernest (Mary) Chloupek, Rising City; 4 brothers, Ed Pickrel, Seward; Albert and Sherman, Denver; Roy, Fremont; 14 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.
