Billy Clyde Adams - 59, of Center, passed away, Monday, July 10, 2006. He was born August 21, 1946 in Center, Texas. Mr. Adams was the retired owner of A-H Wrecker and Auto Repair. He served in the US Army during the Vietnam and was a member of the VFW.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, July 12, 2006 at Watson & Sons Chapel with Rev. Charles Boster & Mike Rodgers officiating. Interment followed at Oaklawn Memorial Park.
Pallbearers were Danny Long, James Grant, Robbie WIlliams, Taylor Bush, Gene Vail & Ross Ochoa.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Gerald Stamps, Verlon Hooper, Joe Jolley, Billy Williams, Georger Burns, Blake Nail, John Holt, Jack Adams, & Denny Adams.
Survivors Include: his wife, Sharon Adams of Center; sons, Jason Adams of Galena Park and Justin Adams and wife Michelle of San Antonio; his mother, Billie Moore of Center; step-daughters, Kristina Long & husband Danny, Krystal Easley, and Keilie Puckett, all of Center; a number of step-grandchildren; sister, Eleanor Adams of Center; brother, Franky Adams and wife Jerilyn of Center; niece, Jennifer Adams of Center and nephew Jeffery Adams of Center.
