Clifford E. Burns
Clifford Eugene BURNS, a former resident of Cedar Rapids and vicinity, died at Parkson, S.D., Wednesday [16th]. A retired farmer, he was born Dec. 4, 1883, at Kankakee [Kankakee County, IL].
Surviving are four sisters, Mrs. Lillian HAAS and Mrs. Ethel DeLaHUNT, both of Cedar Rapids, Mrs. Lola PENCE of Four Lakes, Wash., and Mrs. Myrtle ROBERTSON of Denver.
Memorial services: Turner chapel east at 9 a.m. Saturday [19th] by the Rev. Allen Van Cleve of Central Park Presbyterian church. Burial: Shiloh cemetery. Friends may call at the chapel.
