Hale, Delores Faye, 80, died Friday, Nov. 15, 2002 at the Andover Health Care Center. Visitation 2 to 8 p.m. today and 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Monday; service 2 p.m. Monday, all at Senter-Smith Mortuary, Mulvane; burial following at Mulvane Cemetery.

Mrs. Hale was born Nov. 11, 1922 in May, Oklahoma, the daughter of the late Thomas Harrison and Mabel Ethel (Robertson) Fleming. On May 29, 1959 she married John Franklin Hale in Wichita. She was a resident of Wichita since 1951 and had worked as a homemaker.

Survivors: husband, John F. Hale; son and daughter-in-law, Gary and Patricia Poland of Calico Rock, Ark.; stepson and daughter-in-law, John Gary and Francina Hale of Oklahoma City; brothers and sisters-in-law, Thomas E. and Irene Fleming of Nevada, Mo., Richard B. and Freda Fleming of Fulton, Ralph D. and Mary Ann Fleming of Accokeek, Md.; sisters and brother-in-law, Naomi R. Lawrence of Nevada, Mo., Ida R. Hendrick of Gruver, Texas, Marilyn L. and Peter Shaffer of Topeka; grandchildren, Melody Jagitsch, Sharla Holladay, John Jeffrey Hale, Gregory Alan Hale; great-grandchildren, Wayne, Casey, Dustin and Jesse Jagitsch, Alicia, Marissa and Caitie Holladay, Heather Curry and Nicole Monasterio; great-great-granddaughter, Victoria Curry.
