The children were Thomas Morfitt, Sarah Morfitt, Anne Morfitt and Jane Morfitt. Thomas Morfitt died in Paterson on February 3, 1855 but there seems to be no record of his burial in the city of Paterson archives. Sarah Morfitt married John Ryle, the silk manufacturer of Paterson, in 1841. Jane Morfitt married George Smith but died shortly after their marriage in 1851. Anne Morfitt married Dominick Moore but died in 1882.
