Earl "Hugh" Ogle, age 90, of Chesterfield, passed away Friday, June 8, 2007. He was born on June 16, 1916 in Sevier County, Tennessee to John C. Ogle and Eliza C. Brackin. He was married to Sarah E. Raikes of Buckingham, Va. and served in the U.S. Air Force during World War II. He retired from Richmond Engineering after 38 years of service.
In addition to his loving wife of 70 years, he is survived by his daughter, Leona O. Hazelwood, wife of the late Otis M. Hazelwood; and son, Larry E. Ogle, husband of Deborah L. of Richmond; brothers, Oscar and Harry M. Ogle; sister, Dora M. Adams, all of Richmond; grandchildren, John C. Hazelwood, husband of Sharon, Jessica L., wife of Bradley Bryant, Jennifer L., wife of Randall Bowen Jr., Christopher J. and Ryan P. Gatchel; great-grandsons, Connor C. Capps, Randall J. Bowen III, Dylan F. and Michael S. Bryant; and numerous nieces and nephews.
