Old Resident of Richfield Dies in Salt Lake City
Funeral services will be held here this afternoon for James Ainsworth, a former resident of Richfield who died Monday morning of pneumonia at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Effie Gledhill of Salt Lake City.
Bishop Alex Jensen of the third ward will conduct the services. James Ainsworth was born in England, May 4, 1865 and came to Utah, settling in Richfield 51 years ago. He made Richfield his home until about ten years ago when he moved to Salt Lake. He is survived by one daughter; Mrs. Effie Gledhill, two sons, James Jr. and J. L. Ainsworth and a sister, Mrs. Ada Shaw, all of Salt Lake. Twenty grandchildren and seven great grand children also survive. Interment will be in the Glenwood cemetery.
