KILLED IN HUNTING ACCIDENT
Colon Olmstead, 17 years old, son of Mr. And Mrs. L. I. Olmstead, residing about four miles northeast of Pioneer, was instantly killed when the shot gun which he was carrying while hunting Sunday morning, was accidentally discharged, the contents striking him in the head, blowing the top off. Death was instantaneous. The unfortunate young man was climbing over a wire fence when a wire broke letting him fall. In the fall the hammer of the gun caught in the wires with the above fatal results.
