Mr. David Lee Taylor, Jr., age 56, of Barnesville passed away on Wednesday, December 24, 2008 in an Atlanta Healthcare facility.

Mr. Taylor was born on August 19, 1952 in Lynwood, CA. to Mr. David Lee Taylor, Sr. and the late Mrs. Leta Odessa Simpson . Mr. Taylor was a retired power plant operator and a Vietnam Veteran, having served in the U.S. Army.

He is survived by his Father, David Taylor, Sr., of Barnesville; Daughters, Andrea and her Husband Judson Simmons, of Barnesville; Angela and her Husband Glenn Dyal, of Winter Haven, FL.; and Sons, Jason Scott, of Morris, OK; Michael Taylor, of Barnesville, GA.; nine Grandchildren: Chase Swails, Summer Dyal, Genesis Swails, C.J. Dyal, Kierria Simmons, Daniel Dyal, A.J. Simmons, Camrun Scott, and Carmun Scott; and his Former Wife, Jennifer Taylor, of Barnesville, GA.
