William Perry Campbell Funeral At New Home

William Perry Campbell, 67, passed away last Tuesday night in a Greenville hospital.
Funeral services were held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, from the New Home Church with the Rev. Levi Presley officiating. Burial was in the New Home Cemetery, with Johnson Funeral Home, of Georgiana, directing.
Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Dora Alice Campbell, McKenzie; six sons, Colonel Campbell, Vallejo, Calif.; Cecil Campbell, McKenzie; James Campbell, Havre de Grace, Md.; Harold Campbell, Mobile; Edward Campbell, Cheraw, S.C., and Sgt. Wayne Campbell, Sumter, S.C.; three daughters, Mrs. Mary Horton, McKenzie; Mrs. Erline Weaver, Citra, Fla., and Mrs. Edna De Polo, McKenzie; a brother, Kendrick Campbell, Marbury; four sisters, Mrs. Bessie Owens, Georgiana; Mrs. Emma Kelsoe, Greenville; Mrs. Vickie Kelsoe, Brantley, and Mrs. Ina Williams, Dozier; 16 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
