George was the son of William Morrow Jr. and Sarah Caldwell. On 12 April 1866 in Chico, Wise County, Texas, he married Charlotty Boothe. They had the following children: Dorothy, William Arthur, Sarah, Rufus E., John A., Isaac Chiron, and Fannie D. George served a year in Frontier Rangers, "Texas Frontier Battalions" by Frances Ingmire. George and brother, Samuel, married Charlotte and Sarah Boothe, daughters of Benjamin Boothe from Chico, Texas, about 15 miles east in Wise, Texas. George and Charlotte lived next to Benjamin Boothe until around 1879 when thay moved about three miles west next to the farm of Calvin Mount. George shares headstone with Charlotty.
