She was born Sept. 18, 1927, in Keyport, N.J., and came to Sarasota 26 years ago from Mount Holly, N.J. She was a homemaker and a member of the Salvation Army Chapel. She was a school board member and former president of the Parent Teacher Association in West Hampton Township, N.J.
Survivors include her husband, William G.; a daughter, Beverly A. Christie of Sarasota; a son, Kevin W. of Sarasota; a sister, Betty L. Wall of Trenton, N.J.; three brothers, Bill King of New Jersey, the Rev. James King of Lawrenceville, N.Y., and Harold N. King of Dover, Del.
Toale Brothers Funeral Home, Wilson Chapel, is in charge.
