Mrs. Zelma Geiker, 1836 17th Ave., Moline, left yesterday for a 12-month tour of duty in Incirlik Air Force Base in southern Turkey, where she will teach mentally retarded children. In past years, Mrs. Gieker has taught special education classes in Moline. The Overseas Education Department of the American Government is sponsoring Mrs. Gieker in Turkey.
