W.R. BLOCKER,62, who has been ill for several months died at his home west of Garza Friday at 11 o' clock. He is survived by his wife and five children, two daughters and three sons as follows ; Mrs. Tuley of Van Alstyne, Mrs. Lee Halsell of Frisco, Richard of Lubbock, Ocie of Little Elm, Leonard of Garza. Burial was at Swisher Cemetery, Saturday with Rev. Mr. Patterson of Argyle, Methodist minister in charge. Deceased had been a member of the Methodist Church for many years.
