Bill Manning, 70, died Sunday at a Las Vegas hospital. He was born Aug. 20, 1931, in Oklahoma City. An Air Force veteran of the Korean War, he was a retired shift manager in a casino, a 27-year resident of Las Vegas and a member of Nevada Rangers. He is survived by his sons, Thomas Fagen and Ronald; and daughters, Dana Ledford and Lori, all of Las Vegas; brothers, Jackie of Oklahoma and Rolla of Las Vegas; sister, Delores Ramsey of Oklahoma; and three granddaughters. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. today at Palm Mortuary-Downtown, where services will be at 1 p.m. Friday. Graveside services will follow at 2 p.m. at Palm Memorial Park.
