Mrs. Louis Karnopp, 75, of Maribel, died Thursday evening at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday at St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church, Maribel. The Rev. Armin Engel will officiate and burial will be in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Karnopp, nee Rose E. Schley, was born June 5, 1893, at Cooperstown, daughter of the late William and Hanna Jaeger Schley. She was married June 3, 1914, at Maribel to Louis Karnopp and they resided at Maribel following their marriage. Mr. Karnopp preceded her in death in 1950.
Survivors include two brothers, Arthur of Phoenix, Ariz., and Paul of Whitelaw. Three children and two brothers preceded her in death.
Friends may call at Urbanek and Schlei Funeral Home, Manitowoc, after 3 p.m. Sunday until 11 a.m. Monday when the body will be taken to the church to lie in state until time of services.
