Ella Loraine Fuller was born on Oct. 4, 1929 in Ajo, Pima, Arizona, the daughter of Ivan William and Delilah Mae Margarette Overby Fuller. She has a younger sister, who is living in Utah at the time of this writing. Loraine married Fred Jefferson Carter in 1953 and the family had four children, all of whom are named on the beautiful headstone; Eyvonne, Jeff, Clay, Rhonda, and eight grandchildren. She passed away May 25, 1998 in Chandler, Maricopa, Arizona.
