FAMILY MOURNS A LOVING MOTHER
Mrs. Andrew Berglund Passed Away Early Tuesday Morning, February 19.

Mrs. Andrew Berglund passed away at 1:30 Tuesday morning a week after she had suffered a stroke of paralysis affecting her right side. She had been unconscious most of the time.

Miss Anna Katherine Wickre, daughter of Jens and Eliassina Wickre, was born in Skudesnes, Norway, June 3, 1869. At the age of seven years she came with her parents to Benton Co., Iowa, where the family lived for six years. They then removed to Milan and settled one mile south and one mile west of town.

She was married to Gustav Olson in August, 1886. He died November 19, 1890. He left her with two children now Mrs. Ludvig Mork, of Milan, and Mrs. J. R. Streed, of St. Paul. One girl died in infancy.

Mrs. Olson was united in marriage to Andrew Berglund March 31, 1895. To this union ten children were born of whom eight are living. They are Mrs. Sam Shelsta, near Louisburg, Carl Berglund, of Sunburg, Pennsylvania, Mrs. Percy Ahlers, of St. Paul, Melvin, of Milan, Miss Janna, of Stewart, Miss Emma and Arnold, of St. Paul, and Leonard, at home. She is also survived by her husband, three brothers and one sister. They are Rev. H. J. Wickre, of Beloit, Iowa, Elias and Alfred Wickre, of Langford, South Dakota, and Miss Janna Wickre, of Webster, South Dakota.

Funeral services will be held at 1 o'clock at the home and at 2 o'clock at the Kviteseid church today (Friday).

Mrs. Berglund was an ideal mother and was beloved by her family and those who knew her. She was a true Christian and was active in church affairs. Her presence will be greatly missed in her circle of friends.
