Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Thursday at Hixson Brothers Chapel in Monroe for William Lee Stewart, 24, of Rt. 1, West Monroe, who died Tuesday in Pinecrest State School in Pineville after a short illness.

The Rev. C.W. Aswell will preside at services and burial will be in Siloam Cemetery in Winn Parish.

Survivors include his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Archie W. Stewart of West Monroe; four sisters, Mrs. Annie McNaus of Kinner, Mrs. Elaine McGuirk of Winnfield and Miss Ellen Stewart and Miss Margie Stewart, both of West Monroe; paternal grandmother, Mrs. Etta Stewart of Monroe; maternal grandmother, Mrs. Artie Bearden of Calhoun.
