Betty L. Strode Addis, 68
McCONNELSVILLE -- Betty L. Strode Addis, 68, of 123 Jane Lane, Brunswick, Ga., died at 6:25 a.m., Tuesday, Nov. 19, 2002, at Southeast Regional Medical Center in Georgia.
She was born June 15, 1934, in Morgan County and was a housewife and Jehovah's Witness.
Surviving are her husband, Chester Addis of Brunswick a son, Rodger Lee Addis of Hortense, Ga. five grandchildren one sister, Joyce Ehly of Tacoma, Wash. and three brothers, Dick Strode of McConnelsville Ralph Strode of Malta and Ray Strode of Brunswick, Ga.
She as preceded in death by her mother and father, Emerson and Wilma Benjamin Strode and a brother, Stanley Strode.
Calling hours will be held from noon to 2 p.m. Saturday at the Miller-Huck Funeral Home in McConnelsville.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home with Pastor Galen Finley officiating.
Burial will be at South Olive Cemetery near Caldwell.
