AGED RESIDENT OF ARCADIA DIES AT RESIDENCE SUNDAY;
ARCADIA, May 15. ---Demetrius Cook, aged 73 years and six months resident of Joshua Creek settlement near here, died Sunday morning. He was born in Indiana, lived most of his life in Nebraska, and dwelt in Arcadia for the last ten years of his life.
He was a member of the Methodist Church. He is survived by his widow and one daughter Mrs. Neva Keene, both of Arcadia. The Funeral Services was held Monday at the residence. Rev. Boyd of the Methodist Church of Nocatee conducting the service and being assisted by Rev. J.H. Derryberry and Rev. W.H. Coleman. The interment was at Joshua Creek Cemetery with R.C. Bozarth in charge.
