Judge James C. Britt said yesterday in Franklin County Common Pleas Court that he is considering probation for a 19-year-old convicted killer found guilty of escape.

As a condition of probation, Timothy D. Slone may have to remain under the jurisdiction of the Ohio Department of Youth Services until he turns 21, Britt said. A pre-sentence report is being prepared.
