I don't know a lot about Dallas other than what I've learned thru my family tree research. I've found he lived in California and moved to Arizona it appears in the 1990s. He was born in Tipton Co. TN in the area of Munford and Covington, TN so I believe he was probably born in Atoka, TN, a small rural community.
I found Dallas in the the California and Arizona public records with wife Venida Pike Armstrong. I found they had a son named Billy Glen Armstrong born 1945 in Memphis, TN and died 2002 in Mexico, no idea yet where he's buried. I haven't found where Dallas' wife Venida is buried but since he has a WWII marker she may be buried there near him without a marker.
Dallas' parents were Ira Rufus and Verlie Gookin Armstrong buried in Pleasant Union Cem. in Kerrville, TN. Dallas also has some siblings buried in this same cemetery near their parents.
