Jim Williams was the son of John S Williams. He graduated from St. Stephen's High School in Worcester and served in the Marine Corps fro 1947 to 1950. He married Shirley Boucher on Apr 14, 1956 in Worcester, MA. They had six daughters and two sons. For a complete list or their children read Shirley's obit. He and his wife moved to Charlton in 1961 and to South Yarmouth in 1997.

Mr. Williams was a member of the Teamsters Union for 26 years and was a truck driver for Consolidated Freight in Chicopee, MA. He enjoyed gardening, World War II history and baseball.
